Toorak Road, South Yarra in Melbourne inner south has been battered by the remnants of Hurricane Anthony and Yasi on February 4, 2011. The rain ran down the road resulting Toorak and formed a large lake at the lowest point of the road west of the railway station (intersection of Toorak and Davis Street).
