Our luxury villa is located in the prestigious resort of Lake Berkley in Kissimmee. Lake Berkley is a gated community with a guard present 24 hours a day. Our villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and its own private screened, heated pool, which is also handicapped accessible. The pool has a large lanai with table, chairs and a ceiling fan. The perfect place for lunch or a great place for your morning coffee or tea. The villa is air conditioned and fully furnished. It has also been recently redecorated by its new owners. It has a dining room and eat in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare a family feast or a simple snack for children. The master bedroom has a king bed with TV and sliding doors to the pool. It also has its own bathroom with a door out of the pool. The second master bedroom has a queen bed with TV and bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds. All rooms have storage space. We have cable TV and hair dryers are provided in all bathrooms. The villa has a washer and dryer. The double garage has been converted into a games room fully carpeted. He has a lot of table tennis, games in 6 FT air hockey and table football.
