Backpackers Guide

So I make another trip to Japan soon, and I'm looking for a good backpack to buy, because it is a travel backpack. I stay for about a month and I'm looking for something a backpack heavy-duty for all my stuff, just a backpack when I'm good for the hostel. Any recommendations? Also please note, as I am a backpacker, low price is key.
