I foresee two separate weekend travel. Later this month, I would go to London. What is the easiest way / to get there from Copenhagen? How to find a place to stay for 2 nights? A guest room or a hotel or hostel?

Then in early May, I want to go to Paris for two days. What is the best way to get to Paris from Copenhagen and where should I stay for 2 nights?
