Best Hotel Deals

Posted on December 2, 2010.
What website has the best hotel prices on the Internet?

www.travelocity.com

Hotels.com

None of them. Some of them have good deals, but none of them have all the best deals.

They announce promotions to try to entice you to buy the deals not so hot. It's a marketing coup. Take Marketing 101 in junior college.

www.Orbitz.com

expedia.com, travelocity.com, priceline.com
we must compare them, might make a good deal on one for a hotel, but the other site has a better deal on a hotel diff. there isn't a single large site.

go to www.tripadvisor.com, click hotels .... you will be asked for a city or hotel and it will pull up a window that will check all the sites like Expedia, Orbitz, hotels.com .... its great. I use it for everything. You'll also find people who write reviews on almost every hotel ... tell you the ups and downs ... and candid photos

I'm so glad you asked. I work at a hotel reception and if I could tell the world something, he would "never make your reservation on the net." You are charging their rates and charges by 10% to the company Internet ... Orbitz, Expedia, Priceline, hotels.com, they're all the same. And you know what they say they will alert you if the hotel you have reservations about having problems? Well, c is a lie, in fact they have no way to know these things. Similarly, when you book on the net (most people do not know), it is guarenteeing you have room ... . not that kind of room. Your request is just that ... a request. I can not say for whom I work, but it is a large chain of department 3 star hotel. And most of the time when reserves Internet came, they paid as much or more than we could have them if they would have called directly.

Travelaxe.com

They have that big cities like New York, Las Vegas, Boston, Vancouver, Seattle, etc., but they have the best comparison of a dozen travel sites most people check one at a time. They highlight for every day of your stay which has the cheapest price and then you can compare the totals. They also let you sort by specific area in a city and you can filter by price or quality.

Each travel site you can think of is already included in travelaxe (including those managed by the hotel chains themselves) so it's a time saver.

I would say hotels.com

I visited North Carolina and stayed in the best hotel I ever stayed in and got a lot. I paid $ 35.00 at night when they usually charge $ 110.00 per night. I made my reservations on Priceline.com

I congratulate Smitten points on why not book online. However, you do not have to go through a hotel for the lowest possible rate. In fact, there are several vendors that agents working through some of that work by other consumers who only work through agents. These suppliers have pre-contracted rates they can sell a hotel. Sellers who get the best rates tend to be those who sell the most of this hotel. This is something a good agent can look for you.

It is not a site with the best hotel rates. I found that you must continue to look for other wise you spend too much.

In general, try www.kayak.com is a search engine that scans more than 150 sites if they are paid to promote certain websites. Go directly to the hotel website or call them.

For the U.S., www.expedia.com, www.orbitz.com, or www.hotels.com

For Asia, www.asiarooms.com, contrary to what the hoteliers say they have room price is lower than posted rates internet discounts direct from the hotel.

Another general site for hotels is www.hotelclub.com, it is a membership site for free. They give you 3 percent return for credit on next booking each time you use them to book a hotel. I booked flights through them and it worked well.

Again, y.
