MarketplaceByron Bay HostelsPosted on December 29, 2010. Where is a good seaside town in Australia to live?
On a beautiful beach, this is not a popular tourist destination, I can not afford those areas. I want to stay permanantly, I loved Byron Bay hostels but there are too expensive. Ideally I need a place like that is less popular, which provides affordable housing such as apartments or townhouses near the beach. The entrance is a nice place friendly as Shellharbour. Almost anywhere on the coast of Australia is expensive, especially in areas sufficiently developed for apartments near the beach. Obviously, you must also take into account availablility work - I assume you have already paid the visa to stay? Western Australia isn't a popular tourist destination, but nowhere near the east coast expensice and Australia is one of the most expensive to buy from what I heard recently. if you do not need to live in the city then there are a number of packets cheapish land around Perth WA yanship close when I say that I mean cheap, like around $ 160 000 for a block underveloped costal . Just down Noosa there is a small quiet town called semi Perigian Beach. We actually have a house very mini city out there that we rent. From what I know it is pretty cheap in the region. It is a few hundred meters from the beach, an easy walk. Yeh I do not know if that's what you need, but have a google and check it out. Kiama in NSW Lorne, Airey Inlet and Apollo Bay in Victoria are very beautiful places. the QLD Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast QLD (but there are many elderly people there) and it is pleasing to both places Mutitjulu He who is not under water or flat and when it is not too In Victoria, you should try Crib Point Leo Point and Wye River. .
