Caribbean ResortsPosted on February 14, 2011. Resorts World Caribbean Beach Resort or Disney's Port Orleans?
In the search for moderate resorts at Disney World, we have narrowed down the resort Caribbean Beach or Port Orleans (the French Quarter or Riverside. Not sure which one though. Anyone know what is better?). We're not positive which one is better. (The children are teenagers by the way if that helps) I stayed at a time (including both sides of the PO). While I love certain things about PO, we usually choose to stay at CB because they seem to have a better bus system. Both sides from a PC bus system, while CB has its own. Someone else wrote that CB has a bus system complicated - but it does not work. There are approximately 6 stops throughout the resort, so there is not that the attack ground to board the bus. The bus between the station side and click on each stop in order. The order may change depending on which side of the station, they go by. I am a teenager and I stayed at the Caribbean Beach Resort and loved it personally ... it is great for teenagers and has great pools and the food is ok she has a good restaurant and a food court is good for children ... but do not even worry about the food there because it is likely that you eat a lot in the parks and their various restaurants ... bus service was very good it has to and from the park in a timely manner .... have fun and confidence in me and choose the Caribbean Beach Resort ... I do not know much about Port Orleans, but I stayed at the Caribbean beach and its cool. The only bad part is that there are many buildings spread. I stayed in Building 51 and it was like a 4-8 minute walk to the food court. Also the main pool is closed now to another slide so I would check if it is open on the dates you will be there. My fav part of the CB was the boat rental. If your teenagers are 5 feet or larger, they can drive a boat for 2 people. But if you want more room to go boating at the Wilderness Lodge to rent boats, as there is more room. There is a new twist to Hollywood studio that I suggest you try Toy Story Mania. But the line is very long, so you must get there for opening early, and get online for FASTP and then get on the waiting line. Then you can mount it like 2 times for 10 min wait each time. Oh, and there is pizza and chicken and a mini grocery store with fruits and cakes to the food court CB, so you'll find something for everyone. The bus service is the best at PO French Quarter, and the worst in BC. PO Riverside has many stops, he shares most of the buses, but not all, with POFQ. For non-shared bus, POFQ has only one stop. CB has a million bus - he initially moderate Disney, and it too complicated. CommentsThere are no comments.Leave a Comment | Recent Posts Other Blogs |
