What are the right foods in the microwave or microwave instead of eating ramen or instant mac and cheese?

Hot Pockets, popcorn, yogurt, pudding, frozen foods that are in the microwave (mini corn dogs, chicken nuggets, patties, etc.)

Instant Oatmeal and cream of wheat are also good in the microwave, but make sure you have a bowl big enough, because they tend to overflow.

Sure, you can microwave dogs hot too, but now the level of health of my ideas deteriorates. :-) If you buy a hot dish, you can more easily cook pasta, and greatly increases your options.

Buy things you love for sandwiches, both meat and cheese, PB & J or vegetarian. goods wagon. Cheese and crackers. raw vegs and fruit, cottage cheese, yogurt.

Frozen vegetables can be reheated in a microwave, and I think the instant rice can be cooked in a (sorry, I do not cook in a microwave, just warm).
My son made scrambled eggs in the microwave.
Albacore tuna salad.
Legumes (beans) in a box can be heated with herbs to make them taste better (like cumin, coriander, oregano, chili powder, maybe peppers) to beans and wrapped in a tortilla.
cooked potatoes and bacon can be nuked.
raw fennel and citrus salad
black beans and corn with green onion and jalapeno to eat with chips or make burritos. Buy frozen or fresh corn with beans and hot. Add a little cumin and garlic for flavor.
