Folly Beach is one of the most affordable options for the purchase of beach property in the Charleston area, and you will find a large selection of homes for sale in a wide range of prices. I organized some of the most popular condo and home communities by price below so you can get an idea of what you can afford in your price range.

Under $ 400,000: Mariners Cay is one of the most popular condos in this price range. These homes are townhouse style-are marshfront, and the gated community has amenities such as marina facilities and the wharf, pool and tennis courts. Marsh Winds is also a good option, and it is located near Mariners Cay (just before you go on the deck of the island). These condos have elevators, which is a plus especially if you plan to use the house for the holidays. There is also a swimming pool, and many of these condos have screened porches overlooking the marsh. Pelican Pointe Villas is a bit farther from the beach (located just across from the Piggly Wiggly grocery store), but these are some of the most recent (and affordable) options for condos in Folly Beach. These views were also good marsh and screened porches. Pelican Pointe Villas also has a community pool.

$ 400 to 600.000: In addition to units upgrade in the Mariners Cay, you will also see in this price range of new options townhouses. Back Bay has the latest houses available to the madness. Turtle Bay has a swimming pool, Boat facilities. Waters Edge Townhomes are set up more like houses that have been split down the middle, which means that all these units are late. While Pavilion Watch is not the waterfront as Charleston Oceanfront Villas, you will find that they are more affordable options and a comparable site elsewhere (downtown and the pier). Folly Creek Place is also a good option - especially if you want to avoid some of the traffic associated with life on the island. These views have marsh on both sides of the row (which is rare) and dock facilities well with boat lifts. In this price range, you can also find nice pieces in Palmetto Point and Waters Edge.
