It is located in a residential area with a landscaped park and is only 10 minutes walk from central Chamonix and the bus stop is right outside. It is 5 minutes drive from the ski lifts Breva. The view from the living room and a sunny terrace at Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi is absolutely stunning. In the lounge there are two stylish comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV, DVD, CD, a variety of activities for children and dining room for six people. There is an underground parking space with control garage door remote and ski locker.
