Ski Taos Nm

Looking for a nice ski resort which has upscale in / ski out (if possible).

Taos Ski Valley is by far the best ski resort in this region. I went skiing with a friend two years ago, and this is probably my favorite ski area I have been to date. TSV has a great expert terrain off the Highline and West Basin ridges, and the great tree skiing in the glades and lorelei walkrye chute (not that spelling is right on them). The snow stays good for a long period due to the high altitude ban snowboarders. Other skiers there are more interesting and sympathetic, then at any other resort I've skied before. The lifts are a bit slow (which is good in some way ... you really need to rest for a while after each race there) and there is not much to do after closing, but the skiing is incredible, it's definitely worth it.
