The villa is located 6 km west of Estepona and 2 km east of the town of Sabinillas. It is about 250 meters from the coast with some sea views Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac there is hardly any traffic. The town of Estepona has many shops and close to Marbella offers a large shopping center. Gibraltar is a 20 minute drive offering excellent shopping and travel dolphins. There are excellent beaches nearby beach bars, cafes and restaurants. There are several golf courses in the area and water sports are plentiful. Horse riding, water skiing lake, spa hotels, sailing, water parks and a safari park are nearby. The towns and villages of Mijas, Casares, Gaucin, Corner, Ujena, Mijas and Cadiz, Algeciras and Rhonda are all just minutes away. For the more adventurous, you can take a ferry from Algeciras and Tarifa for a day or more in Morocco. Alternatively, you can just set behind the pool with a good book and enjoy the sun!
